To get a servant for your house on Runescape you must go to East Ardougne. The building where they are at is just north of the center marketplace with the stalls and guards. You'll recognize it as a fairly large building with different servents, most notably the demon butler, inside.
You can steal from silk stalls in Ardougne (amung many other places). Requires you to be a member as it uses the member-only skill "thieving". Level 20 thieving is required to do this.
There is no specific collective noun for stalls, in which case a collective noun suitable for the circumstances is used, for example a row of stalls, a group of stalls, a bank of stalls.
By stealing. Mainly, you can steal from different stalls, and from different kinds of NPCs. Once you have a certain level, stealing seeds from a master farmer (there is one in Draynor) is fairly profitable.
