lymphocyte counts
Lymphocytes are white blood cells. They are produced in the red bone marrow of our bones. The red bone marrow is derived from mesenchymal cells known as pluripotent stem cells. To produce blood cells, the pluripotent stem cells generate myeloid stem cells and lymphoid stem cells. The lymphoid stem cells then become lymphoblasts and then lymphocytes.
yolk sac progenitor cells, but if you are specifically looking for t and b lymphocytes you could also say bone marrow progenitor cells

Antibodies produced by lymphocytes
Antibodies are produced by the B lymphocytes. They are produced in the bone marrow.
Lymphocytes release antibodies and molecules that coordinate the immune response.
Macrophages stimulate the production of other lymphocytes. They are produced by the differentiation of monocytes in tissues.
