Your best bet would be Tokyo Kid, in the Garage Mall, 36 JFK Street, Cambridge (near the Harvard Square T stop). It's pretty small, but it's PACKED with all kinds of anime/manga merchandise. They also have anime-related CDs, DVDs (including rentals), some manga, and Japanese snacks like Pocky and Ramune. The Garage Mall also has a Newbury Comics, which has a lot of anime DVDs as well as some manga and blind-box figurines, and an odd little shop that has TONS of merchandise for Hayao Miyazaki's films (My Neighbor Totoro, Spirited Away, etc.). You could also check out Harrison's Comics and Collectibles in Salem, which has a large selection of manga and some figurines/plushies (they also have a TON of western pop-culture goodies). Hope I helped!
