They are located on the engine block. You will see what six connectors with 2 screws on them. Take off the screws and pull up, and you will pull out the hose connecting the spark plugs. You will need a 5/8 socket with a long extension to get them out. Here's a trick, have 2 5/8 sockets and remove the rubber washer from inside one. The one without the washer is the one to use to replace the spark plugs. This way they socket will not stay connected to the spark plug. Hopes this helps.

The intrepids have Coil on plug engines so the coil the square box looking thing with two screws and a wire harness. you take the two screws off lift it straight up and the spark plug boot is attached. the plugs are in the middle of the engine so a long extention is needed. quite easy actually
