they are located on the exaust pipes you probobly have about four on the truck i changed mine on my 1999 5.4 and i had four of them two before converter two after converter about 50.00 bucks a pop on mine the one's before the converter was the bad one's but they will tell you exactly wich one it is at autozone or somewhere with a dionostic test good luck

Its in the fuse box under the stearing wheel.
If it has 4 wheel antilock brakes, the rear speed sensor is in the rear end. There is a 10mm bolt that holds it in place. One the front there is a sensor for each wheel. It will be at the hub and have a wire going to it.
The 1999 F150 4.2 does not have a temperature sensor. It uses a cylinder head temperature sensor instead. It is mounted at the rear of the engine on the head.
There are several O2 sensors on that vehicle and they are all threaded into the exhaust system at various points.
