check under the transmission. there should be 2 drain plugs almost side by side. 1 is the engine oil and the other is transmission oil.
The oil tank on the Road King is under the transmission. The drain plug is just like a car drain plug but be carefull the trans drain is under there to, be sure you get the right one.
A drain plug for a spark plug? Now why would there be? What would you drain from a spark plug.... the spark? If you're referring to a plug for the spark plug socket, I'm sure you could find something that would fit that would keep out debris while you let you engine sit without plugs. (Why??)
undr the trans on almost straight back from the primary plug undr the trans on almost straight back from the primary plug

The oil and transmission drain plugs are directly underneath the transmission, between the left and right frame rails. You'll see a grooved "oil pan" with two 5/8 inch bolts that also have Allen socket in the center. The bolt on the right side of the pan facing the ground is the transmission fluid drain plug. The bolt on the left side of the pan, facing the front of the bike is the oil drain. Their is a third Allen bolt next to the oil drain plug. You can ignore this bolt.
