The facilities are the functions of the main base. This is displayed on the computer to access the airlock controls. You cannot get the password. Instead, force a reboot by pressing 4 of the keys to the right: square, loop (recycle), circle, and X.
Now you can access the airlock control, pushing the slider next to the display UP to unlock the airlock door.
