I don't have a 1995 Silverado, but I can give you some tips on how to find the filters and when to change them.

Air filter:

Follow the air intake hose. It will be very large, and will connect to the throttle body. It will connect to some sort of body that opens. On my F-150 it is a 12"x5" box. Inside that box is your air filter.

My general rule of thumb: Clean when dirty, replace when uncleanable. I check it when I change my oil.

Oil filter:

More than likely this will be a canister that screws onto the block. They are generally easiest to find by looking at the motor from under the car. Go to you auto parts store and look at the filters that fit your motor. This will help you recognise it.

Replace the oil filter when you change your oil. (6 months or 3000 miles)

Fuel Filter:

This is where it gets tricky. The fuel filter gets changed infrequently, so it can be anywhere. I would recommend tracing your fuel lines and looking for a canister type filter. Again, looking at new filters at the auto parts store will help you recognise it.

Replace the fuel filter every year or 10000 miles.

Answerair filter: look at the motor from the front of the vehicle. you are looking for a corragated tube about 3" in diameter leading from the throttle body/front of the motor to a black box in one of the corners of the compartment. the black box will have latches on it. your filter is in there.

take it out and hold it up to some light. if you can see light chances are its still usable. blow it out with some compressed air and reinstall. if not then replace it. they are cheap enough.

oil filter: like was said above look from the bottom. you need to know what an oil filter looks like to find it. if you know then it shouldn't be that hard. it'll more than likely be be toward the back of the motor or on the side, next to and just above the oil pan.

fuel filter: on Chevy's these are usually located on the inside of the frame rail toward the rear of the truck, forward of the fuel tank.

good luck!
