I have a toyota hylander hybrid 2006. Just in case anyone is looking for its cigarette lighter's fuse box in this thread it is located behind the little pop out storage compartment to the left of the wheel. You have to pull this compartment out and will find the 15amp fuses both there.
Look under the dash on the driver's side. You will almost have to stand on your head to see them. There is a black plastic cover that has to be removed and then you will see the fuses. The fuse location diagram is on the outside of the cover.The power fuses are 15 Amp and colored blue.
