The fuses are in the box under the hood. It is called the Power Distribution Modual. It is right beside the battery and says IPM Fuse and Relay Center Here is a link to the Wiring Diagrams for the 2006 GC http://www.Dodge.com/bodybuilder/2006/rs/rsmo.pdf Hope this helps.
