Look under the dash on the driver's side. You will almost have to stand on your head to see them. There is a black plastic cover that has to be removed and then you will see the fuses. The fuse location diagram is on the outside of the cover.
The power fuses are 15 Amp and colored blue.

Check fuses
The flasher on a 99 Toyota Sienna should be beside the instrument panel fuses under the steering column. You will probably have to remove the driver's side knee bolster to get at it, which is kind of a pain.
my passenger side rear brake light recently stopped working, how do i get the fuse box out from under the dash to check the fuses?
AnswerIf it is anything like the 2006 Sienna, it is probably in the fuse box under the driver's side of the console. It is difficult to see, but if you lie on the floor under the steering wheel you can see the fuse box and it is easy to pop the cover, which has a legend telling you what the fuses are.I just changed the fuse on my 2004 Toyota Sienna. I had similar problem. The 12 volt power outlets stopped working. It was the fuse. As noted above, it is located on the driver's side of the console, under the steering wheel, to the left. You need to remove the small black cover and there is a legend underneath. Ours was a 15 amp fuse, 3rd one down, abbreviated as "power outlet." Hope this helps.
i believe there is a bulletin from Toyota on this problem. on a 2006 you should just bring it to the dealer anyway!
The fuse is behind the coin holder (pull the coin holder out, you will see the fuses) on the driver side, 15A blue fuse at the right bottom corner. There are actually two fuses for this issue. They are both located behind the coin holder next to the hood release latch. They are both 15A blue fuses. One is the cigarette lighter fuse which protects the clock and the upper lighter outlet, the other is called the 12V power supply and it protects the lower lighter outlet and the rear lighter outlet.
No fuses are fuses no difference.Take one of yours out and check for size of fuse with unnamed ones from your local auto shop..
According to the 1999 Owner's Manual, the following fuses are related to the A/C system: 17, 30, 34, 41 & 42. 34 appears to be the main A/C fuse, while 41 is the rear A/C. 17, 30, & 34 are type A fuses. 41 & 42 are type B fuses.
Can you please restate your question because I have no idea what is your problem.
The fuses in a Toyota Corolla 2000 are for various components of the car. For instance, the fuses power the windshield wipers, the radio, the power windows, and the power seats.
