The fuse panel is located inside the dash on the passenger side of the vehicle. Inside the dash you'll see a black flap which you'll have to pull (it will fold down) to view the fuses inside. On the flap itself there might be extra fuses and a tweezer device for removing installed fuses. Or,,,, try inside the glove box, small area to the left inside the glove box, there are others under the hood also on the passenger side near the front of the car under a small cover.

some fuses are on the side of the dash on the passenger side as you open the door, then there are two other fuse boxes under the hood against the fenders (you will probably have to unbolt the crossbraces to access them).
Start with the area of the Regal's problem. For example, if a light does not work, check the fuses, then the switch, the wires, etc.. The same procedure applies to any section of the Regal.

The fuses are located behind the faceplate that covers the headlight switch and two wheel switches. To access the fuses, look for two black round plastic "screws" that you can turn with your fingers that are located on the very left side of the dash, hidden by the door when it is closed.
