Open the driver door, look on the left side of the dash. There is a small hatch to open where all the major fuses are. Others are behind the driver's kick panel underneath the steering column.
start by checking your fuses.
Assuming headlights, check fuses. Overheadlights, check override button left side of dash board near odometer.
Both headlights might be out on your 2001 Ford Escape because you have blown a fuse or several fuses. You also might have light bulbs that have burned out.

I believe the relays for the headlights are under the hood on the driver's side fender under a black cover with all the "big" fuses. hope this helps you out

There is no fuse for the headlights in that truck. The circuit is protected by a circuit breaker located inside the headlight switch.

The 1993 Chevrolet Blazer headlight fuses can be found in the fuse box. The exact location of the fuses will be listed on the inside cover of the fuse box.
