There are only five things you need on Super Power Island :
- Super Hero ID Card -- from the Masks and Costumes shop
- Dossier on Escaped Villains -- from the County Prison
- Anti-Power Handcuffs -- from the County Prison
- A Hot Dog (free at City Park)
- The medallion for the island. (if you complete it)
The Super Hero ID card lets you get to the prison and get the files and handcuffs, and then the police will let you chase the villains. Get the hot dog during your visits to City Park, as it will come in handy at the end of the quest.
