There are 2 motor mounts on the 2000 thru 2005 Neons.

The two motor mounts are located in the passenger side wheelhouse and on the top of the transmission on the drivers side of the car. The drivers side is easy to see if you remove the battery and the battery tray. The passenger side mount is pretty well hidden. It is accessible from the right (passenger side in US cars) front wheel well once the tire is removed.
The two torque struts are on the passenger side of the car. One on top of the timing cover area and one on the bottom of the timing cover area. The top one runs rearward from the engine to a mount on the strut tower. The lower one goes from the engine forward to a mount on the "frame" structure.
Many times people are told that their motor mounts are bad and they have the two torque struts replaced. THEY seldom go bad. The one that is highly loaded and fails most is the hidden one - the one in the passenger side wheel well. The one that is over the transmission seldom fails either.
When the torque struts are replaced there is a specific installation and alignment procedure that must be followed. There is also a specific procedure to be followed BEFORE the passenger side motor mount is removed.
