Back of engine. One is in exhaust manifold, the other is screwed on behind hte catalytic converter.

I have no idea, but I strongly recommend going to your local library and seeing if they have the shop manual for your car. The manual will have detailed step-by-step instructions on how to perform any maintence task.
Look underneath near one side or the other. Probably about midway back toward the gas tank.
