I have a 2000 Plymouth voyager with the check oil light on and the chimes keep going off driving me crazy. I need to know how to reset this also. I haven't found the answer yet, but when I do I will share with you. Please keep me informed also. Thanks!
I believe the generic electronic module (GEM) controls the operation of the warning chimes along with warning lamps and the operation of several other features on your Explorer.
I have never heard of Air Bag chimes. There is seat belt, lights on, door open, but no air bag chime, as far as I know. I suggest you visit your local Ford dealer, for an answer.
i wish Levi would love me
There are some electronic chimes that can be set to stay silent during hours you specify, which is great for use in children's rooms.
The warning chimes on a 2003 Chevy Malibu may not work if the fuses are blown. The fuse box is usually located on the inside of the car under the dash.

they are two separate fuses. so two separate chimes. look at your fuse box.
You can not disable it. You have to fix whatever is causing it to go off.
