the upstream or bank one is located on the back of the engine towards the middle between the engine and the firewall, and the bank two or downstream is on the right side (driver side) right behind the catalytic converter
How many oxygen sensors are there for a 2001 Chevy Tahoe 5.3L
All O2 sensors are located on the exhaust system. Start at the exhaust manifold and work your way backward.
Most oxygen sensors are either on the exaust headpipe just after the manifold or on the manifold. I don't know where it is exactly on the Lumina but that is where you should start looking.
The sensor is located in the rear exhaust manifold.
2 ONE UNDER THE MANAFOLD AND IN FRONT OF THE CADALIC CONVERTER
They are screwed into the exhaust system.
That vehicle has several O2 sensors and they are all threaded into the exhaust system at various points.
There are no pictures on WikiAnswers.
yes, it does have Oxygen sensors
there are 2 oxygen sensors on the 03 Chevy cavaliers. one is located right by the exhaust manifold, this is you upstream. then the other, down stream, is located right behind u Cadillac converter. hope this helps!
On the muffler
On my Chevy lumina it is located right by the gas take on the right side of the car.
