Inside the cell, proteins are synthesised in ribosomes attached on rough endoplasmic reticulum.Since, mitochondria and plastids are able to make some of their own proteins, they can also synthesise proteins.

Proteins are synthesized at the ribosome. It is a complex process beginning in the nucleus where mRNA transcribes DNA; and carries it out of the nucleus into the cytoplasm. Once in the cytoplasm tRNA (transcribes) carries the specified amino acid to rRNA (robosomal RNA) to be attached to the growing polypeptide chain.

The proteins in every cell are synthesised in the ribosomes. The mRNA to be translated binds to the smaller unit of ribosome and gets translated to produce the protein. Once the process is over the protein is released into the cytosol to move freely.
