On my 1995 Mercedes Benz E320 where is located the crankshaft position sensor?
The camshaft sensor is the same as the crankshaft sensor it is local on the passenger side of the valve cover . And going down to your crankshaft inside the timing belt cover
One is on the crankshaft pulley the other is on the camshaft pulley.
if its newer than 1995 then yes. anything up to and including the 1995 model year does not Answer: 2nd generation 4runners have crankshaft & camshaft position sensors built into the distributor.
