Where are the transmission sensors located on a 1996 Chrysler Town and Country and how do you replace them?

It would help to know the engine size. but on the transmission look to the inside where the engine hooks to the motor. There should be a sensor that is actually looking back towards you. It is quite far under so you should take out your plenum and battery shelf. after the ribs to the left, you should be able to follow the wiring harness out of your fuse block.

The shift solenoids are located in the solenoid pack on the FRONT of the transmission. looking down at the transmission with the hood open, it will be close to the RADIATOR. you have to replace the whole pack.

It is between the engine and the transmission. You have to remove the transmission to replace it.

The input and output speed sensors are located on the front of the trans. They have two wires and the input sensor is closer to the engine.

To replace the transmission solenoid pack on a 1998 Chrysler Sebring, remove the air filter box, the battery, and the battery tray. Remove the 4 bolts on the frame and the trans cooler lines. The solenoid pack is screwed to the to the transmission with 3 10 mm bolts. Remove the solenoid pack and replace it.?รฆ

You can change the cylinder in your 2000 Chrysler Town n County by removing the head. Remove rod bolts from the crank. Push the cylinder out. Reverse the process to install the new cylinder.
