Buy cuban cigars and a zipo lighter from the guy behind the building thats next to University, (make sure its in the evening or night) give it to vinnies goon in Vinnies bar next to McSticks, he will give you one. Finally, give the orange guy Dominick, keep giving him $25 until he gives you a trophemon (make sure its also in the evening). Go to the woman next to your basement all the trophemons and she will give you a hoverboard. the only time youll find her is evening.
