Where are the weep holes located on the 1999 Chrysler Sebring Convertible JXi model Is anyone else having problems with water not draining properly?

There is an electronic chip in 2000 Chrysler Sebring Convertible ignition keys. The chip is located in the top section of the key, within the black polymer thumb casing.
