I think that you are asking about where to find certain Pokemon from the Pokedex. In the Sinnoh Pokedex, #65 is Drifloon. It will be in front of the Valley Windworks on Friday, but only after you've evicted Team Galactic from the Windworks. It won't be in the grass; you will actually be able to see it. Still in the Sinnoh Pokedex, #115 is Riolu, which you get from Riley as an Egg in the cave on Iron Island (I think). In the National Pokedex, #65 is Alakazam. You get it by reciving a Kadabra in a trade. Kadabra will evolve. Still in the National Pokedex, #115 is Kangaskhan. After obtaining the National Pokedex, it's in Pastoria City Great Marsh.

after you beat the elite four and have the national pokedex put your Pokemon leaf green in the bottom slot of your ds and before you go to start game go to migrate from leaf green u have to cmplete your pokedex, and beet the elite four, then if u go to him (oak) he will give u the national pokedex and then u can trade Pokemon to complete that. NOTE:u cannot trade the Pokemon back to lefgreen. NOTE AGAIN:u might not be able to trade at all, if so, this works on emerald.

If you talking about the sinnoh pokedex, then number 134 in finneon, and you can find it using the good rod right outside canalave city in the water. If your talking about the national dex, then number 134 is vaporeon. ( which is an awesome Pokemon) To get vaporeon, go to bebe in hearthome city and get an eevee from her for free. then you can use a water stone on it and it will evolve into vaporeon.
