if you got caught by law inforcement then mabey jail or drug rehab, if not then depending on how much and how long and what it was you may be able to go home and suffer threw the withdraw for a week or two and be done with it. Im only experienced with opiates. Some meds require a doc to be involved and the dose to be gradually reduced. I know barbutiuates can cause severe problems and even death if abruptly stopped.
