The World Editor for Warcraft III Reign of Chaos (Plus the expansion, Warcraft III The Frozen Throne) already come with the game. Unless you want to be a pirate and get charged for illegally downloading the game unlike the previous answer was saying, it's better off to pay the $40 for it, install, patch it up to the version you are requesting, then open the program in the Warcraft III Directory called "World Editor". So the only downloading you need to do is downloading the patches up to the said version. If the Warcraft III you have doesn't have the World Editor, then something is wrong, meaning you will need to reinstall or (In the case you downloaded the game -.-) delete the downloaded version you have, buy the game, install, and patch up. Then it will be there.

∙ 14y agoThe world editor is always integrated into Warcraft3 you find it in your Warcraft3 Folder. If you dont have worcraft3 you can download it from the Blizzart homepage. Please to all the People in the internet stop asking those 14m3 questins!!!because peoplo who are seriously searching for intelligent answers to special questions only find these things. Warcraft 3 maps are by default melee maps unless you add more Triggers or player specific units, custom units...etc on the map...on the bottom right corner of the World Editor it tells you if it's either a melee map or a custom map (scenario) and the reasons why. Same goes for Frozen Throne.
