This depends on what you are looking for, and where. Are you looking for a copy of a Complaint? Or are you looking for opinions of decisions in such actions? Generally, finding a pleading of this type, without consulting an attorney with experience in that area, may be difficult (although Google is always worth a shot). Opinions will be very easy to find (with the right resources - westlaw or lexisnexis - or a good law library) - but you want to confine your search to cases that are similar to the one you are interested in.
