Go to this link: http://www.thumper300zx.com/z32/boostleaks/vacuum_hose_guide.htm This should give you all the info you need :)
No. None of the Z32 300zx's have them. (1990-1996) There is no option for it either. The only thing you could do is buy an aftermarket wheel that is smaller.
THAT IS THE TRANSISTOR IGNITION UNIT WHICH SENDS OUT THE SPARK TO THE SPARK PLUGS AFTER THE COILS. IN THE EARLY Z32 300ZX'S, THERE WAS A RECALL TO GO TO NISSAN AND GET THAT CHANGED FOR FREE
Unscrew both philips screw and pop the side light. Then unplug the bulb and replace to a new one.

If it's a Z31 you can swap in the VG30DET. For the Z32 you can swap in the VG30DETT, or what some people do Rb26dett (skyline engine). The former is a easy swap the latter hard. I've even seen a SR20 (silvia), 2 liter all aluminum in a Z32. Car's pretty heavy for 4 cyl torque, but needless to say the sr wasn't stock. I'd do the VG30DETT easy, pretty cheap, and awesome.
No
Just unscrew the mounting bolts on both sides and tape up mid tail light wires. You can fill the holes in many ways.
