In talking with an employee, I got the following response: As a employee, the issue of halal meat on catering services onboard BA flights, will remain exactly that, an 'issue' as the verification is not possible at the time of flight. This is because BA buys its meats from more than one supplier, but one supplier is a Halal supplier, a possible German company. But on particular flights this meat is used on is not verifiable. Though most flights are most probably are halal, as this is the main supplier, but only outbound from LHR. There again, the supplier used for that particular service maybe different, and there is no verification of halal meat onboard. Those concerned should book a Muslim/vegiterian meal, this is confirmed halal meat, as the catering supplier, at London have a separate Halal kitchen. So in brief, its still not verified, but i hope you can understand why the airline can not verify that meat onboard is halal. As the supplier for that service is not known, but further down the chain it could be verified. But then this causes further problems from airline business point of view.

Also food that does not include the carcasses of dead animals, blood or alcohol. There is a very detailed answer in wikipedia.
It depends whether serving halal food or not. What is served is not halal if it is pork meat or meat that is not obtained through slaughter per Islam religion or if serving something containing alcohols. One should ask the specific McDonald's Store if the food they have is halal or not according to the above requirements.if you give money for some one help in destroying Islam and kill Muslims this is not halalbut it is still halal if there is no any kind of food except this one and you will die if you don't eat
