Well, a couple things to be said here, such as the obligatory pointing out that what you're looking for is a magazine, and not a clip.
The second thing to be said is - good luck. You're going to need it. I checked every supplier, distributor, and retailer available to me, and came up with absolutely nothing. Finding one of these is not going to be easy.
Check back from time to time with Numrich/Gunpartscorp. At the moment, they don't even have so much as a schematic for the X51, let alone any parts or components. Maybe that'll change in time.
You may want to try registering on the Rimfire Central forums, and see if anyone there has one they would sell, or at least some leads for you.
Other than that, the most you can do is check some of the auction websites regularly - Gun Broker, Guns America, Auction Arms... you can never really predict what will turn up there. Gun shows, as well. Even if you can't find one right there, at any decent sized gun show, you will find someone for whom rifles such as yours are a bit of a niche, and maybe they can lead you to one.
You might want to check your local metal fabrication shops, and see what they'd charge to manufacture one, if you have the original for them to use as a template. Don't expect that to be cheap.

What are you trying to ask?
Take the rifle to a gun shop so they can figure out what make, model and caliber rifle you have. There is no 84 caliber long rifle.
Magazine fed, not clip. And it's .22 Long Rifle.
