I'm not a skin doctor or have any credentials, so take my response with a grain of salt.
I have been using this product for two years now and I absolutely love it. I use the exfoliator and it leaves your skin actually feeling so smooth and clean. The scrubbing at first feels a little harsh if you're not used to using the exfoliator, but even so, after one use you can actually feel a difference. I have been told that this product isn't good for you because it scratches your skin, but I don't see anything or feel anything out of the ordinary so I would recommend it.
