Local libraries often have a more detailed shop manual. If not there, contact the local dealer. Buying the whole manual might be expensive, but they'll often copy a page or two for you if you ask politely.

Have you considered buying a repair manuel? These are easy answers written in the manuel. There are two different locations for the fuse and relays on a Mark VIII. The 'fuse' box is on the left side of the dash board assembly, while the higher voltage relays are located under the hood above the right fender (as you are facing the engine). You will need either the repair manuel or the owners manuel to figure out which fuse or relay is what. Buy the book. I highly recommend the 'Haynes' manuel (as it is more descriptive) or in lew of the 'Haynes', buy a 'Chilton'. Both can be had for under twenty dollars.
