Remove hub cap and the snap ring that holds the splinen cap in place.
Sometimes installing a hub cap can be tricky. The best way is to use a rubber hammer designed for the job. Position the hubcap on the wheel, and while holding one side of the hubcap, strike the other side with the hammer. If you don't have a rubber hammer, sit on the ground and position the hubcap on the wheel. Hold one side with one foot, and using the sole of your other foot carefully kick the hub cap on. Make sure the cap is fully seated onto the rim and then attach the lock if it is equipped with one.
They are in the center of the hub cap to hide the lug nut, bolts. It may have a logo or be plain. You can buy replacements at your dealer.
You have to remove the entire wheel assembly to get to the hub bearing, take the old hub bearing out along with the race, pount the new race in, grease the new hub bearing, put that in, then reassemble. If you're not sure how to do this, either leave it to a pro, or buy yourself a Chilton or Haynes manual.
Remove the hub cap if equipped. Remove the snap ring holding the lock out hub (regular pliers will work). Pull old lock out hub off. It is sometimes necessary to carefully tap around the hub while pulling it. Insert replacement hub. Replace snap ring and hub cap.
No. That's the big advantage of hub-piloted wheels--one cap nut holds on both wheels.
