Depends if it is a cap or a plug or no hub or a brass /lead plug
Depends on the type of "cap" one used as there are caulked in caps and then the mission rubber company type of CAP and some people confuse a plug as a cap. The closure at a cleanout will often be a soft or flexible circular insert into a terra-cotta fitting.
Take the end cap off, unscrew the screw in the handle, take off handle, put exact same new handle on, screw it down, put cap back on.
Only if the trap fell off and it was not properly vented
That would depend on the kind of "plumbing" a person is performing.=Is the "plumber" taking fittings off a set of plans for an estimate or is the plumber working in a clean room or is the plumber doing very high end work or digging a ditch for a sewer and water main or is the plumbing doing drainage in a hazardous waste treatment plant?=
To vent off odors emanating from the septic/sewer system and to allow the toilet to flush correctly and the other drains to empty correctly.
A sewer line cap is used to seal off the end of a sewer line to prevent leaks and blockages. It functions by securely covering the opening of the sewer line, preventing sewage and odors from escaping and keeping debris from entering the system. This helps maintain the integrity and efficiency of the plumbing system.
It's pretty easy to clean a CamelBak. It's mostly like cleaning any other bottle, but I wouldn't put it in the dishwasher. You have to scrub it by hand. Take off the belley, (or the part that you drink) off and simply clean it. The top's harder, since there's three parts: the sucker, the straw, and the cap. Tug the straw that's connected to the sucker and cap off and clean it, then put it back on. (if you don't know how to do this, watch a youtube video), then take your sucker cap off and clean that to. (Watch youtube videos to understand this). What's leftover is the cap, and after taking off straw & sucker, clean the cap. Hope this helps. On most cars you simply take off the cap on the reservoir of the power steering fluid and the dip stick is attached to the cap. You clean it off, put it back on and pull it off again.
all you should have to do is take the distributor cap off, and there it is. answer take the distributor cap off, pull the old rotor off, put the new one on, put the cap back on.

To remove rust from a sewer pipe plug, you can use a wire brush or sandpaper to scrub off the rust. You can also try using a rust remover product or a mixture of baking soda and vinegar to loosen and remove the rust. Make sure to properly clean and dry the plug after removing the rust to prevent future corrosion.
Cut the end of the cap off, about 1/2 inch back from the end and then cut the side of the cap. You should be able to peel the cap off of the pipe. If you have enough pipe, just cut the entire cap off and start with a clean section.
No you do not.

If you are on city sewer, the line to the sewer is either clogged or collapsed. You will need to have a plumber check it out. If you are on a septic tank, it may be full and need to be pumped out.
You have to pop the cap off on the front of the acrylic handle, then under the cap there will be a screw to undo.
