There are no such things -anywhere.
Magic wands.
There is no real magic wand but you can buy cool looking fake ones almost anywhere on the internet. Just google them.
I don't know about Walmart specifically, but you can certainly buy Harry Potter wands at all kinds of discount and junk shops. If your goal is to equip yourself for a theatrical production or fancy-dress party, you will easily find one. But here is the bad news. None of these wands can do real magic.
Functional ones don't exist, however for decoration a toystore would be recommended. Prices tend to range from about $10 all the way up to hundreds of dollars for a highly detailed one.
You can go to Ellina and buy 1 form there, or you can buy them form other players. Some monsters may drop wands and staffs, but it is easyer to buy them.
You are probably referring to "Ollivanders". Ollivanders is the shop that sells magic wands. The owner is Mr. Ollivander.
there is no such thing as magic so u freekin cant buy a magic elf
No. Magic wands are not real and only in movies and books like Harry Potter. Spells are not real and mermaids are not real. People can not turn into half fish and half human. Nature wouldn't allow that to happen because it is a mutation. If you want to be a mermaid buy a costume.
Ollivander's is where you buy a wand.
I dont know of any places but there is some websites that make wands like hers -Anonymously epic
Um, you can't buy wands, they're not real...
I believe that Alivan's has a physical store where you can try out their "magic" wands. Their website at http://www.alivans.com does list a physical address in Florida. If you're looking for Ollivanders, I'm afraid we muggles can't get in there. In the UK, you can buy wands at Hamley's toy store (on Regent St in London). They've got all the major characters' wands, including Voldemort's!
