== == == == * It's extremely hard to talk to a celebrity in person unless there is a contest that you spend the day with a favorite celebrity. Celebrities have to be protected from people that may do them harm (it's happened several times in the past) where one fan gets over-zealous or feels the celebrity is there property and doesn't want to share them with anyone. Usually celebrities have bodyguards at different events. They stay low mainly because of the Paparazzi. There are very few stars that are willing to see a fan while shooting in a certain location. Other than being at a location where a movie is being shot and getting lucky to get close to an actor then I'm sorry to say that meeting an actor is close to impossible. Actors do not often use the internet for fans and if there is a site it is manned by staff and not the actual actor themselves.

The best way to talk to a famous person (other than becoming one yourself) is to look for when that person is going to make an appearance at a local event or convention. Trying to catch them when they are out & about isn't usually a very good idea, since many times they will either be in a hurry or unwilling to answer questions at that point in time. (Imagine you trying to relax & someone you don't know jumping out & grilling you with questions.) When you are attending an event they are at, remember that you may not always be able to have the quality time that you want with the individual. There are many other people who want to speak to this person, so the best way of asking them questions is at one of their panels. Even then there's no guarantee that they will invite questions or pick your question to answer. Be patient, as there's a good chance that if your question is common that they will have an answer even if you don't get a chance to speak. You can also look towards the internet, as more & more people are having "interviews" with fans on personal or business websites. There's also the tried & true method of writing a letter or sending an e-mail, though.
