If your looking for a one time drop off, just go by any nursing home and explain to them that you have some adult diapers that are going to go to waste and offer them. If your looking for a long term donation type thing, I would contact the management of a nursing home and explain the situation and offer to donate them if they were willing to give you a tax ride off.
However, if the adult diaper packaging is open, just dispose of them. No one is going to take them, just like no one would take over the counter medications once open.
