I'm pretty sure you can't, but if you might be able to find a custom content website where they try to recreate stuff like that. If you get the sims 2 Bon Voyage expansion pack there is a life-size shipwreck that's pretty cool and has tons of interactions for you sims. You could probably download that somewhere, try Yahoo answers. THey have a lot of helpful stuff about the sims 2 there.
