Here is an update about PenAndFree: Earlier on the 22nd, I sent PenAndFree an email at 1:16AM, and received a response at 4:41 AM the same morning (Well it was evening over there). First, the devices do use different PCI ID's. Second, they confirmed that "The Tablo is OEM brand name of Hantech located in Canada and it is no more available in the market."
Third and fourth, they said: "For your information, we are selling PT-Pen which is upgraded version of DUO pen. If you need smart-pen for Android, you can use our
Legato Smart-pen, instead. For your information, Legato smart-pen will be
available in the end of March."
The company that originally made the TABLO is defunct. You can no longer access their web site, but you may find the original CD that they distributed by googling for "TABLO.iso". This CD only supports Windows.
Below is what I knew before receiving today's reply:
PenAndFree, a Korean company, makes the "Duo Pen", which appears to be the exact same product except for superficial parts coloration.
PenandFree's download section includes software for PC, Mac, and Linux!
I looked at the manuals for both devices, and the "check package contents" lists of both devices are nearly identical, both containing:
Station,
Pen (called "TABLO Pen" in Penandfree manual, but just "Pen" in Tablo manual),
Install CD,
Deco Fixture ,
Both-side adhesive tapes,
Pen Tip Case,
3 Pen Tips,
Batteries,
3 Ball Pen Tips
The pictures of most items, with the major exception of the "pen tip case" appear virtually identical.
So, I would guess they really are essentially the same thing!
The only possible snag might be if the PCI vendor ID of the device changed between the two devices. If so, it should be easy to deal with under Linux, probably not too hard to deal with on a mac (since the mac's innards are Unix), I don't know about Windows, but since windows software is available for both pens the worst thing is that you may be limited to just using the software that originally accompanied the device.
Previous Answer:

I was looking online for it myself, then I finally found it on my
