The specs for the fuse box should be in the user's manual. (For my 1994 Honda Accord EX, the fuse for the lighter as well as the radio is under the hood)

Where Is fuse to cigarette lighter honda accord euro, and No of fuse in box

There are two fuseboxes for 2006 Honda Accord. The cigarette lighter one is located inside the car on driver side labeled "fusebox", not the one under the hood. Open the correct one the diagram is on back of cover. It is #9, 15 Amp, labeled "FR ACCS". There is no label says "cigarette lighter" on any Honda cars.

The 1992 Honda accord cigarette lighter relay switch can be found behind the dashboard in the passenger compartment. The relay switch will be on the drivers side of the dashboard.

User Avatar

No, the engine does not have to be running for the cigarette lighter to work. The ingition key must be in the Accessory position (2 clicks) before the cigarette lighter will work. Hope this helped.

You have to remove the entire center console and the pop up the gear shift box (ver carefully) you then connect the wires and screw the cigarette lighter in.

Fuse panel, under dash, drivers side. The panel may be behind a plastic lid.

AnswerThe cigarette lighter does not have a relay. It does however have a fuse. It may use the same fuse as the radio. If all fuses are good, suspect the lighter itself is bad. Try your lighter in a know good lighter receptacle. If it works there, then suspect the lighter receptacle in your car is bad.My Haynes repair manual for model years 1990 through 1993 states that the cigarette lighter relay is found in the left end of the dashboard below the PGM-FI relay.

you have to find your fuse panel, may be under the dash, inside glovebox, or maybe on side of dash with door open, find the fuse for the cig lighter, pull it out and replace itIt is under the hood, it doesnt say cigarette lighter it says inside lights or indoor lights....email me if it worked for you at niggycivic187@sbcglobal.net:The 1994-1997 Accord has a fuse box located in the driver side kick panel, and another located under the hood, up behind the passenger strut tower. The fuse for the cigarette lighter is in the box under the hood, it's 15 amp, and it's marked "Radio/Cigar Lighter".

Check under the hood in the back left hand corner closest to the windsiled. There should be a black cover over it that may give a diagram so you know what fuse goes to what area. Yes my 92 accord would not work so i checked the fuse panel under the hood. There is no label that says lighter fuse but its the one that says interior light its a 15 amp fuse try that.

i have 98 Honda accord, has three fuse boxes. look on passenger side of dash.( lower) Also, one on the drivers side. (Lower) . These should be pull open panels

whats the wiring diagram for a 2000 honda accord ex with a v6 3.0

User Avatar

There is a fusebox in the passenger compartment. Check your owners manual, it will tell you how to find it. Thanks for the information... There is no fuse in the owner's manual labeled "Cigarette Lighter"... I assume the cigarette lighter fuse is labeled as something else... Do you know what it is labeled?Could be labelled something like, Accessory, or, Aux. Hard to say. It should be a 15A fuse, so just pull all of the 15A fuses and make sure they aren't fried.

I own a 2004 Honda Accord V6. What is it you want to see a diagram of? which side battery is on

User Avatar

Probably tied in with another accessory, and uses that fuse. Radio is my guess. On my son's 1987 Honda Accord the lighter is fused with the interior lights. It is a 15 amp fuse that is under the hood right behind the battery.

A belt diagram for a 1991 Honda Accord can be found in the cars maintenance manual. Sometimes there is a sticker under the hood with a diagram as well.

i need the color diagram

If you pull radio center piece out you'll see at the bottom right is the lighter plugg and a fuse that looks like a small bulb and might be that . Anyway rplace bulb/fuse and should be good to go !

So far I've been able to discover that apparently it's under the hood, also tied to the Radio, possibly with the interior lighting -- however none of those items are listed on my diagram in the car fuse boxes... so the search continues for me. On my son's 1987 Honda Accord the lighter is fused with the interior lights. It is a 15 amp fuse that is under the hood right behind the battery. Also i might add that the cigarette lighter fuse for the 1990 Honda accord ex it is also located not in the vehicle itself but under the hood behid the air intake/filter and a 15 amp fused also part of the interior light circuitry as per the 1987/86

take out the center concole and dash radio and all. the same thing happened to my with my 97 accord. and most likely its unplugged. very easy fix.

User Avatar

it's in the upper left hand corner of the engine compartment. the fuse also controls the dome light, door chime and rear defroster, i think.

The relay is up inside the dash on the left (driver side) end. One can reach it from below with appropriate acrobatics.
