You have to call Traditions to get one. (860-388-4656) Right now they are about $70 though. If you can manage it, I would just get the new spring and striker which will only cost you about $20 and will accomplish the same goal. I need one too but I'm thinking of just buying a newer and more weatherproof rifle.
Illuminating, if you mean lighting up a room.
you have to buy a new action replay. trust me it has happened to me to.
I had this happen to my 1999 town car. There is a computer lighting module which controls the action of the lights. A bad module causes lights not to respond to switches ( the switches don't turn on the lights directly, but send a signal to the computer lighting module). This unfortuantely is an expensive replacement.

You would have to explain your criteria a little better. There are several ways in which rifles can be categorised. They can be categorised by action, e.g., muzzleloader (which can be further broken down into matchlock, flintlock, percussion cap, etc), lever action, bolt action, self loading (semi or full auto), breech block, etc.
Try e-gunparts.com
Try Browning or MGW
