1391 is for an intermittent loss of the cam sensor or crank sensor signal
One of your bulbs is burned out. Replace it and test. To determine which one turn on your signal and see if one bulb stays lit with the other not doing anything. Otherwise, check them both and replace the one with a bad filament.
check relay module under the dash on some models the hazard and turn signals are built together and painted yellow

The turn signal flasher is located in the light control moduel. That is located under the steering column. If you are having problems with turn signals, check the fuses before changing the light control moduel.
It is located on the side of the radio between the glove box and the radio if you turn the turn signal on you will feel it flash if you can't here it.
On the turn signal indicator arm. Switch on the headlights, make sure the high beam is off, then pull out the rotating light switch.
check and make sure u changed turn signal falsher. there are 2, 1 for turn ,and 1 for hazards. other than that, it sounds like your turn signal switch is broken
There are clear turn signal lenses available from a Chrysler LeBaron and the PLymouth Acclaim of the same vintage. The lenses integrated into the bumper are fully clear unlike the Spirit amber color. The turn signal lenses next to the headlight are clear with just the side reflectors being amber.
There is a separate flasher for the turn signals that looks the same as the 4 ways. Your's is probably bad. Check your owners manual or your Chrysler dealer for its location under the dash.
Check the connector pins on the housing that contains the signal switch and the headlight switches that connect to the signal light switch these pens are famous for coming loose fron the circuit board thy are soldered to. had to replace my switch housing.
