I saw a really cool site called "Ultimate guitar.com" or something. type in Google
MCR Sing bass tabs and it should come up with a whole list of MCR songs including sing- make sure it specialises 'Bass'
Also, I found it helpful to search for "MCR Sing bass tutorial" on YouTube and it comes up with people that take you through the song step by step.
Hope I helped xD
First, Its MY Chemical RomanceSecond, Sing was written by the members of the band Frank Iero (Rhythm Guitar / backing vocals), Gerard Way (singer), Mikey Way (Bass), and Ray Toro (Lead Guitar / backing vocals)
Frank Iero - Rhythm Guitar Gerard Way - Vocals Mikey Way - Bass Ray Toro - Lead Guitar.
Gerard Way is the lead singer of My Chemical Romance, he is the one who sings that song.Mikey Way is his younger brother, he plays bass for the band.
The band is actually called 'My Chemical Romance. Gerard Way is the singer, Mikey Way is his brother, and plays bass, Frank Iero plays rhythm guitar, Ray Toro sings backing and plays guitar, and Bob Bryar played drums before he left.
My Chemical Romance members: Gerard Arthur Way- Vocals. Michael (Mikey) James Way- Bass. Raymond (Ray) Manuel Toro Ortiz- Lead Guitar. Frank Anthony Iero- 2nd Guitar. Current Drummer- Jarrod Alexander :)
Well in my opinion i say........ 1. Gerard Way (vocals) 2. Frank Iero (rhythm guitar) 3. Mikey Way (bass) 4. Ray Toro (lead guitar)
Michael sings, Jermaine on the bass, Tito on the guitar and the others sing and dance
There are five people who play in MCR. They are currently: Gerard Way - lead vocals. Mikey Way - bass guitar. Ray Toro - lead guitar and backing vocals. Frank Iero- rythym guitar and backing vocals. Bob Bryar - drums and percussion.

Gerard and mikey way (the lead singer and bass player)
Because of music theory. The bass guitar is played in the bass clef.
