You cannot find any info on General Insurance Company of America because there is no such thing. You can try Allstate,Progressive,Geico , or SafeAuto.
if you cant find it on e-bay or amazon,then it will be tough.
The easiest way to find the info that you are looking for is to goggle the name of the company that you are interested in. In your case it would be the Allianz, there you will find forums and posts from actual consumers that can give you a better idea of what the company is actually about.
