Hi, there is a site called; Replacements . com. There you can go to the silver listing and pick from the A-Z listing for Reed&Barton, once you've gotten there, you'll see a A-Z pattern listing. I know, its a long list! To save time though, type in the info you've listed here, to see what pops.
If you know if its plated, or sterliling that makes it easier too, because they will list if its silverplated or sterling next to each item. Also to save time, watch for items that say; Hollowware, that would be for, creamers, trays, tea & coffee pots etc. Sometimes though, like I've had to do in the past is end up going along the patters side bar in blue and clicking it to be able to see all the patterns, it dose take awhile. Just remember your looking for Hollowware. Good luck! Silverlighting

It's the lot number for the pattern. Example: 1135 is code for ' Windsor ', which is a pattern that was created by Reed & Barton.

"Silver soldered" means the piece was assembled with solder containing 3% silver. That means it has almost no melt value. So it depends only on whether you like the frame, not on any inherent worth of the metal.
5.25 inch wide, 3 inch high, aqua blue inside with #102 on bottom
Without seeing it, based on what you wrote, I guess about $5.
