I have the same gun and have no luck finding any of the answers you are looking for. My gun is in pretty good shape and can still read that it was produced by the Central Arms Company but have been unable to find out any thing else. Please let me know if you come up with anything. I was told by a friend of mine that during the wars people would building guns out of their shops or houses so people started calling them house guns. Sorry I couldn't be more help. good luck.
