The IAT sensor on a 2004 Dodge Neon is on the intake manifold. It is inside the number two intake runner.
Its no where, its rediculas i cant find a strait answer any where.

On a 1999 its on the rear brake housing. It bolts on the back side.

Haynes repair manual, Dodge Neon 2000 thru 2003. Book #30036 I think the question was where is it located on the car, not which book do I buy to find the location. It is located at the end of the cylinder head. Its the black plastic part with an electrical connector on it.
