If I am correct, from 1991 to 1997 Dodge tried putting NO fuel filter on their trucks. The only filter is the screen going into the fuel pump. Kinda reminds me of someone tring to change oil on an electric car, lol. Hope this helps
The fuel filter is under the car, mounted in front of the fuel tank on a Dodge Shadow.
No, it is just in front of the tank.
In front of the right front corner of the fuel tank.
The fuel filter for a 1992 d150 is on the passenger side of the vehicle. It is mounted on the frame rail, just in front of the rear wheel.
The fuel filter is part of the fuel pump assembly in the tank, it is not serviced as a separate part.

I recommend every 36,000 miles. Models after 1992 do not need the fuel filter replaced, and it is not recommended by the manual (lifetime filter on the fuel pump)

The fuel filter for your van is located on the passenger side, just underneath the rail, near the back tire.
Start at the fuel tank, and follow the fuel line to the engine. You will find the filter, if it is there.
