This list does not agree with the lists reported in several newspapers, and attributed to Avianca, in the days immedisately following the crash. The Medical Examiner published a list that does not agrtee with any of the above. In addition, one person listed as being on the flight appeared live after the flight and told Semana magazine and La Fiscalia that he was not on the flight. The press secretary of the President of Colombia claimed that two people were on the flight whose names do not appear on any of the above lists.
