It is the same as your Selective Service number.
Your army service certificate number can typically be found on your military discharge paperwork, such as your DD Form 214. If you no longer have this document, you can request a copy from the National Archives or your respective military branch's records department.
Your local army recruiter can give you a phone number for Army records and they should be able to help you.

Naturalization number can be found in the person's naturalization certificate or certificate of citizenship. It is different from the USCIS registration number

you will find it in the certificate which mentions that you have passed the examination in the following subjects. the number will be mentioned at the top left corner of the certificate.

In the "Customer Support" or "Customer Service" section, you'd find the customer support / service telephone number.
BMW has a service for this, but they charge $90. At least they give you a "birth certificate" for that bike. Also, if you have the serial number of the engine, there are charts to look up the year but there's a bit of guesswork to it.
